Which IKEA products can I return?
At IKEA, it's okay to change your mind. That's why you can return any products you bought in-store or online at IKEA.at.
We will refund the value of the goods to the payment method used at the time of payment or in the form of a gift card if you prefer. Please note that we can only take back items you purchased in Austria.
Please note: Returns and claims can only be made with proof of purchase (invoice, order number or your IKEA Family card if you used it at the time of purchase). Excluded are mattresses (which can only be returned within the 90-day sleep trial period) and electrical appliances (which are only accepted in unused condition; unused = not connected).
