Can I return items if I no longer have the receipt?

Without proof of purchase, a return is unfortunately not possible.

To return your items online or in the furniture store one a proof of purchase is necessary. Please provide us either with 

  • an invoice
  • an order number
  • or an IKEA Family Card (if used at the time of purchase)

Once we have a proof of purchase, we will be happy to take your goods back under the applicable returns policy.

If you can't find your receipt, you can return certain items through our Second Life Buyback Service.

IMPORTANT: When returning goods from abroad, we only accept original proof of purchase in paper form.
