How it works
- You can return your products to any IKEA store in Austria, regardless of where you purchased them.
- Please bring one of the following as proof of purchase:
- your receipt or invoice
- your order number
- or your IKEA Family card, if you used it when making the purchase
- Returns can only be processed at an IKEA store. Planning studios and pick-up points are excluded.
- Some products have different return conditions:
- Mattresses can only be returned as part of the 90-day mattress trial
- Electrical appliances may only be returned under certain conditions and in their original packaging
