Is it possible to return items to a store other than the one where the purchase was made?

You can return your products at any furniture store, regardless of where you bought them, please remember to bring a proof of purchase.

You can return your items to any furniture store throughout Austria, regardless of whether they were purchased online or in-store. Please note that returns are only possible in furniture stores, but not in planning studios or pick-up stations.

Please note: Returns and claims can only be made with proof of purchase (invoice, order number or your IKEA Family Card if you used it when purchasing). Excluded are mattresses (which can only be returned within the 90-day sleep trial period) and electrical appliances (which are only accepted in unused condition; unused = not connected).
