Can I also return products at the store?

Yes, undamaged products can be returned to all furniture stores within 365 days. Please make sure to bring your receipt with you.

If your item shows defects or damage when you unpack it and there is a suspicion that the damage was already present before you bought the item, you can raise a claim about this item.

If you would like to exchange your item in the store, you can do this throughout Austria, regardless of which IKEA Austria store you made your purchase in. You can of course also return items which you bought online to the store. 

With your proof of purchase and the damaged item, you can go directly to the local customer service and have it exchanged.
