Can I narrow down the time window of my delivery?
Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to further narrow down the time window.
Truck deliveries have a delivery date with a set time window - the time window can not be narrowed down more precisely. About half an hour prior to the delivery, you will be contacted on the phone by our shipping partner.
Parcel deliveries on the other hand only have an estimated delivery date. The delivery time can therefore not be specified any further. You will however receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. You can also conveniently check the status of your delivery online.
