What to do if I have lost the planning code?

Please be sure to write down the planning code before closing the planning.

Most plannings (e.g. PAX, BESTÅ) are not saved in your profile. Therefore, make sure you write down the planning code or have the planning sent to you by e-mail. We cannot restore the plans. 

If you have closed the planning window without writing down the code, you can try to open the planner again. Sometimes the planning can still be accessed.
