Waffles with cloudberry jam

A jar of HJORTRON SYLT cloudberry jam.
Cloudberry jam is often reserved for special occasions in Swedish homes, but when served with warm waffles and cream, surely that's a good enough excuse?

Ingredients

1 pack VÅFFLOR waffles (12 pieces)

1.5 dl whipping cream

1.5 dl sour cream

1 jar SYLT HJORTRON cloudberry jam

1 tsp honey

Powdered sugar

Step by step

  1. Heat the waffles in the oven according to the package.
  2. Whip the cream, sour cream and honey together until it becomes thick.
  3. Top each waffle with a dollop each of cream and jam. Finish with a dusting of powdered sugar.
Waffles on a plate with cloudberry jam and cream. Served with a cup of tea on the side.
