Waffles with berries and cream

Ingredients

1 pack of VÅFFLOR waffles (12 pieces)

300 ml heavy cream (or vanilla ice cream)

200 g mixed seasonal berries

1 jar of SYLT JORDGUBB strawberry jam

2 tbsp powdered sugar

Step by step

  1. Prepare the waffles as instructed on the package.
  2. Whisk the cream until it forms soft peaks.
  3. On top of each warm waffle, add a dollop of cream (or ice cream), a spoonful of jam and fresh berries.
  4. Dust with powdered sugar.
