Capture the flavours and memories of summer to enjoy throughout the year. The KÖSSEBÄR collection is here to help you gather goodies, create your own jams, pickles and preserves and then share them with others. Designed by Mikael Axelsson, the collection is stocked with must-haves for gathering, drying and storing – from jars and bottles to baskets and bowls.
Put seasonal offerings from the garden to good use. If you can't grow your own, why not be a waste food warrior and give "reduced to clear" fruit and veg from the supermarket a second chance by turning them into tasty pickles and condiments?
Let's get prepping
Grab an apron, roll up your sleeves and let’s begin! Turn fruits and berries into tasty jams and marmalades and store dried herbs and mushrooms in plastic bags for autumn stews.

Pickled to perfection
A mixed medley of pickled vegetables makes the perfect side salad or burger topping. Mix one part white vinegar, two parts sugar and three parts water in a jar, add your ingredients and pop it in the fridge. Yum! A tasty treat that lasts for weeks.

When life gives you lemons, make a lovely bottle of refreshing lemonade! Whatever the weather outside, fresh juice or lemonade is summer in a glass. This bottle-shaped glass jar's aroma-tight seal helps lock in the flavour.
