
Jon Abrahamsson Ring
CEO of Inter IKEA Group
Jon Abrahamsson Ring started his IKEA career in IKEA Örebro in 1998. During his time at IKEA Jon has held various assignments, among others in the IKEA Canada and IKEA China retail organisations. He was also assistant to IKEA founder Ingvar Kamprad for four years.
In 2008 Jon left the IKEA business to become CEO of fashion brand Filippa K and later CEO of gardening brand Plantagen.
Before Jon was appointed CEO of Inter IKEA Group on 1 September 2020, he was managing director of the global IKEA franchisor Inter IKEA Systems, which he joined in 2017.
Jon is Swedish. He is married and has two children. He earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration at Umeå University.

Fredrika Inger
Managing Director of IKEA of Sweden
Fredrika Inger started at IKEA about 20 years ago after receiving her Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering at the Chalmers University of Technology. Over the years, Fredrika has had the opportunity to work in almost all parts of the IKEA value chain – close to customers as Market manager and close to IKEA suppliers. In her most recent roles as Global Business Area Manager and Range & Product Development Manager, Fredrika has led business areas and set strategic directions in product, range and business development.
As Global Range Manager, Fredrika is proud to be leading IKEA of Sweden – the product development centre at the heart of IKEA in Älmhult, Sweden and the business areas connecting the IKEA value chain, bringing the IKEA vision to the many people through the IKEA product range. The IKEA vision of creating a better everyday life is one of Fredrika’s strong driving forces and motivation. Her true passion lies in exploring real life at home, curiosity about the many people, developing better products and optimising value chains – together with passionate and purpose-driven people across IKEA.

Susanne Waidzunas
Global Supply Manager, Inter IKEA Group
Susanne Waidzunas is a leader with a big passion for combining business and people development. Her energy and inspiration come from the IKEA vision – to create a better everyday life for the many people. She thrives when she can make a difference for both people, society, and our planet.
Susanne is the Inter IKEA Group Global Supply Manager, being responsible for purchasing, transport, wholesale, IKEA´s in-house manufacturing, and related support functions across the IKEA value chain. Susanne has more than 20 years of experience working in IKEA and has held various leadership positions across the IKEA Supply Chain.
Most recently she comes from the position of being globally responsible for Supply Chain Operations, meaning the development of IKEA´s transport and logistic services capacities and its operations, as well as the responsibility for managing the physical flow of the IKEA products from the suppliers to the stores.
Originally from Gothenburg, Sweden, Susanne has a Master of Science Degree in International Business from the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg.
Susanne’s expertise areas are Supply Chain Development, Supply Chain Operations, Purchasing Development, and Leadership.

Dennis Balslev
Retail Concept Manager, Inter IKEA Group
Dennis Balslev started his 44 years IKEA career at IKEA Denmark in 1979 as a trainee. During his time at IKEA Dennis has held various assignments, among others, in the IKEA Denmark and IKEA The Netherlands retail organizations.
In 2013, Dennis moved back to Denmark to become Country Retail Manager for IKEA Denmark. After five years, he took on his next assignment as Country Retail Manager & CSO for IKEA Germany. Germany being the biggest IKEA Market has, with Dennis his leadership, made great movements towards a truly Omnichannel IKEA.
Dennis rejoined Inter IKEA Systems B.V. again on 1 October 2022. In his current role as Retail Concept Manager, Dennis is, together with his team, leading the assignment to protect, develop and expand the IKEA Concept, ensure its implementation and follow-up in all markets.
Dennis is Danish. He is married and has two children.

Lena Julle
Chief Sustainability Officer, Inter IKEA Group
Lena Julle is the Chief Sustainability Officer at Inter IKEA Group - covering the IKEA product and food range, supply, production and franchising. In her role, she leads the global IKEA sustainability strategy, which includes transforming IKEA into a circular business, becoming climate positive, creating a fair and equal society and enabling healthy and sustainable living.
She brings a unique perspective to the intersection of sustainability, business and life at home.
Lena started her IKEA career in 1990 at an IKEA store in the US, after studying International Business. She has held various roles, including being the Category Area Manager Textiles. Most recently, she was the Head of Sustainability for IKEA Range, leading and contributing to the development of sustainable products and solutions for our customers around the world.
Lena is passionate about different cultures and experiences, especially through food.

Christina Niemelä Ström
Head of Sustainability for Supply, Inter IKEA Group
Christina Niemelä Ström is committed to bring values-based decision making and comprehensive thinking on sustainability into the everyday business. She is leading the global sustainability agenda for Supply at IKEA, integrating the strategic sustainability ambitions and commitments into the business operations and decision-making across purchasing, transport, wholesale, manufacturing functions and supply chain.
Christina also leads the Strategic Sustainability topics at Inter IKEA related to climate, nature and people, as well as stakeholder engagement, partnerships, impact and assessments, reporting and co-worker development.
Christina started her career in IKEA with the Trading Service office Malaysia in 2000. Before stepping into her current role in August 2020, Christina had held several senior leadership assignments in supply chain, product development and IKEA Franchisor, developing both the IKEA business and its people across the value chain.
Originally from Gothenburg, Sweden, Christina has a Master of Economics Degree from the University of Stockholm. She is currently based in Switzerland.

Ulf Johansson
Raw Material Manager, Inter IKEA
Ulf heads up the Raw Material Team at Inter IKEA, which leads the business priorities for responsible and strategic material sourcing used in IKEA products. The team ensures development towards compliance, traceability and due diligence processes.
He has had long experience working in the forestry sector before joining IKEA. Ulf was previously the global Wood Supply and Forestry Manager and led IKEA operations in Asia and Europe prior to that.
Speaks on: Responsible raw material sourcing, deforestation risk raw materials, land use and land use change, climate mitigation and removing and storing carbon, and initatives to support biodiversity and people who depend on the forest.

Elisabeth Munck af Rosenschöld

Elisabeth Munck af Rosenschöld is the Global Sustainability Manager, Supply Chain Operations, and a passionate change agent to make sustainability a true enabler for a successful business. Since 2016 she has led the sustainability agenda in Supply Chain Operations with a strong focus on reaching ambitious global transportation and logistics climate targets.
Elisabeth has a broad background in sustainability and extensive business sector background and is highly experienced in leading cross-cultural teams from years of working in international environments. She has also worked as a sustainability management consultant at leading international management, financial audit, and technical consultancy firms.
She holds a Master of Law from Lund University and an MSc in Environmental Management and Policy from the International Institute of Industrial Environmental Economics, Lund University.

Johan Ejdemo
Global Design Manager
IKEA Global Design Manager Johan Ejdemo has over 30 years of experience in design and product development, starting his career as a cabinet maker in 1989 and an independent designer in 1997.
Since joining IKEA in 1999, Johan Ejdemo has had a series of creative roles across IKEA and taken part in several notable projects, from product and range development to creating collections, driving innovation projects and developing platforms to focus on the most important aspects of life at home. From January 2022, Johan Ejdemo has stepped into the new role as Global Design Manager to co-lead the Design team alongside Eva Lilja Löwenhielm.
As Global Design Manager at IKEA of Sweden he strives to drive movements by design, reinforce IKEA uniqueness and design identity, and strengthen circular design thinking to support the overall ambition of IKEA to become a circular business by 2030.

Sriram Rajagopal
Head of Climate and Air Quality, Inter IKEA Group
Sriram Rajagopal leads the global Climate and Air Quality agenda for Inter IKEA Group, and is responsible for defining and advising on strategic climate and air quality commitments and goals; ensuring the integrity of the overall IKEA climate agenda; as well as the integration of the climate and air quality targets into the business operations and decision-making processes.
This includes the adoption of renewable electricity and renewable energy across the IKEA value chain, working with material innovation, climate adaptation and collaborations with other industry partners in the IKEA journey towards Net Zero and Beyond.
Sriram has more than 15 years of global leadership experience across sustainability, engineering and strategic planning.He started his IKEA career in 2018 and has since led the material innovation agenda within the area of electronics, as well as efforts to accelerate the renewable energy transition at IKEA supplier partners.
Sriram holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and a Master’s degree in Business Administration. He is based in Sweden.

Åsa Skogström Feldt
Managing Director of IKEA Social Entrepreneurship BV
Åsa Skogström Feldt is the Managing Director of IKEA Social Entrepreneurship BV (ISEBV), bringing extensive experience from both corporate and non-governmental organisational (NGO) sectors. Åsa is a passionate advocate for women's empowerment, evidenced by her various board memberships, the founding of women's organisations, participation in exchange initiatives, grassroots activism worldwide, and in her everyday life. In 2012, Åsa was instrumental in introducing social entrepreneurship at IKEA and integrating social businesses as partners.
Åsa's distinguished career spans many sectors and geographies. She has served as the Global President and CEO of The Hunger Project in New York and as the CEO of its Swedish branch. Her corporate roles include Head of Marketing at Sony Ericsson in Germany, Marketing Communications Manager for Ericsson Mobile Communications in the Middle East and Africa, and Corporate Communications Director at Aspiro.
