1. Pre-screening
Our recruiters will screen all incoming applications and then, depending on the role you are applying for, might ask you to complete a short assessment. You can expect a response from us as soon as possible.
2. Let’s get to know you
We will reach out to you for a phone call or a video interview, possibly followed by an interview with a recruiter and your potential manager. During the interviews you will have the change to share your motivation and ask questions.
3. The hiring decision
Now it's time for background and reference checks. If you are the right candidate for the job, we will contact you with an offer. We'll also send you the offer in writing. We are committed to equal pay, based on your experience and qualifications.
4. Onboarding
Once you've given us the thumbs up, you'll be part of the pre-boarding journey, to learn about the IKEA brand and business, your team and any other helpful information for your first day. You'll also receive a date for your introduction at your new workplace, where you'll meet your new team. Good luck!
