Would you like to know more about making a large order of IKEA products through International Sales? Here's everything you need to know about the process, from the first enquiry to the final delivery of products to your doorstep.

Submit your order enquiry to the International Sales team via the form below. We’ll get in touch with you over email to learn more about your needs.
Choose your products
If your request is approved, you'll be asked to set up an IKEA Family account. Browse IKEA Netherlands and create your shopping list. Make sure to review the warranty and our Terms and Conditions before completing your order.
Confirm all the details
We’ll send you a shipping quote as well as a timeline. If you choose to use the services of one of our shipping partners, we’ll add the costs to your shopping list. Insurance is covered by us.
Fill out the customer form
We'll send you a customer form to fill out so that we can register the shipping and other practical details in our system.
Pay & ship
You'll submit your payment to us. Then we carefully load your order in the shipping container. Off it goes!
Enjoy your products
Your order will arrive at its destination, and you can have fun finding the perfect spots for your new furniture.
