We love pets, but we don't allow them in our stores. We do welcome fully trained, ADA-qualified service animals to shop with you. Animals whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA.

We offer accessible and family-friendly parking for families with young children. We offer many handicapped parking spots throughout the front entrance of the store.

We currently offer 3 EV charging stations located in the parking lot, closest to the store's front entrance. 

We have wheelchairs available in the area to the left of Samland on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Yes, motorized scooters are available in the area to the left of Smaland on a first-come, first-served basis. 

The Click & Collect Order Pick-Up areas can be found on the left (West) side of the building for drive up, or inside the building in the Click & Collect Order Pick-Up entrance.

At IKEA Fishers we strive to keep the importance and needs of families top of mind. Here are a few examples of simple ways we try to make your visit to IKEA Fishers a great one!

• We offer family parking spaces close to the entrance of the store to make the transition from the parking lot into the store with your little ones much quicker.
• We offer shopping strollers in our Showroom Front Entrance and Market Hall. With a seat for your little one, a hook for your bags, and a place to hang your big yellow bag- these shopping strollers make navigating the store much easier.
• We offer baby care rooms in the hallway next to the restaurant and the entrance lobby. Our baby care rooms offer a diaper changing space along with a comfortable space if you need to feed your little one.

IKEA Fishers is located just southeast of the East 116th Street exit. When getting off of the exit, take a right onto USA Parkway and then make a right on IKEA Way to enter the IKEA Fishers parking lot.
