Knife stays sharp BillKeeps its edge & stays sharp 5
Great knifeAnneIt is sharp, and I bought a sharpener too.5
Not very sharp. MargaretA bit disappointing since IKEA products are usually great quality. The only part of the knife that’s sharp and useful is the pointed end to core the ends of the fruit. It doesn’t do a great job of peeling. I have cheaper knives that do a better job. I tried to sharpen it a few times but no success. 2
Amazing for the priceBarbaraI use wusthoff knives in the kitchen. I misplaced my paring knife and it’s quite pricey to buy a new one. About $85-$95 each. This little $10 ikea paring knife works very well and blends in well with my pricier knife set! I’m happy with the performance so far. 5
