  • Different wall materials require different types of fasteners. Use fasteners suitable for the walls in your home.

    Two people are needed to assemble this furniture.

    The frame can be assembled in an upright position if your ceiling height is a minimum of 79½". Follow the assembly instructions in the package.

    If you want to complete your PAX frame with a sliding door, the minimum ceiling height required is 80¾".

Functional but not great.Aryeh A.I have owned 4 pax closets over the past few years. The newer ones are much worse. It is much less stable. The new backing is harder to put in. It is less movable since it is very structurally weak. The drawers do nbot go out all way with the current hinge system. These cost more money and the quality and design is poor. If there were other adjustable options I would consider. These can be a great system but it’s lacking attention to detail in daily usage. This product can be top top tier. But it is currently very mid.3

Vey cheaply madeSYLWIA H.I have a lot of Ikea furniture and never considered it high quality. Though it has been good enough. However, the boards that make up this closet are simply garbage. The foil covering the pressboard is super thin and peels easily. Why are they not the same quality as the kitchen cabinets? I would be more inclined to use them again. I will be returning the second one I purchased.2

Great versatile frameAmberWe recently installed 10 PAX frames in our home. This was our first time using the PAX system. I was easily able to assemble frames on my own in about 30 minutes each. They are very easy to put together. We did have to build/install 3 of our frames upright due to ceiling height, and that definitely required 2 people but was still very fast and easy. We bought big drywall anchors to secure the frames to the walls since the provided holes did not usually line up with our wall studs. The only complaint I have is that the back of these frames is pretty flimsy, like thick cardboard. In the end, it doesn't really matter. We already have plans to use PAX again in the near future for our laundry room.5
