The dishes only go oneAshtonThe dishes only go one way or they’ll slip and fall out I came to find out. Aside from that there’s nowhere for the utensils and no sort of attachment4
Slots too narrowBruceThe plate slots are definitely too narrow. (As noted by others). Bottom level is great BUT it should be a little higher off the countertop so you can easily slip a drain pan under it. Another problem: no place for utensils.3
Very easy to assembleYuridiaVery easy to assemble5
Looks professionalValentinoI like the 2 tier appearance and it is good for a small kitchen4
Like itNellyI would love it if it had a tray.4
Great for trailerBoneydayI bought one of these awhile back and it fits perfectly in my cabinet in the trailer and holds my plates and bowls. Bought another one for the other cabinet5
Very helpfulChristinaVMBought this for my mother in law and she loves it, we dont have a lot of counter space so it saves room and makes the dishes look nice while drying.5
Nice design and sizeEmoiWe've had this for 5 years - absolutely love how much I can fit on this rack, the size is great, and it's still in perfect shape. We bought a hanging flatware caddy that hooks right on to the side and a drying mat to go underneath separately.5
Caution: Measure twice!!!IKEA and you can tooThis dish drainer is much sturdier than the one it replaced BUT it doesn’t come with the bottom mat that drains into the sink. If you have the standard rubber mat this will not fit. It also doesn’t have the piece for cutlery that’s standard on most dish drainers.1
CariberI love it but wish the drainage holes on the bottom level were a little larger.4
Dish HolderMicAndLove it...US holders are just plain ugly...this is just cool...everyone loves it5
Looks PLUS FunctionBeccarooNo dishwasher and minimal counter space coupled with liking to cook caused quite a congested mess in my kitchen. I have tried several but I finally found it! Holds an amazing amount of dishes and placed on top of a drying mat solves the water run off and adds additional space when needed.5
I had the same model for Ten yrsConsu 24Bought the same model again because the size is perfect for the space i have and it lasted a long time before looking a little worn5
Horrible dish drainer!DD2019I bought this last week and its rusting already. It doesn't have a tray to catch water either. I will be taking it back.1
Save your moneyBayAreaDwellerThis thing is terrible. It rusts if you look at it wrong. (Honestly, who designs a dish rack that can't withstand moisture?? Isn't that sort of the whole point??) And it's very poorly designed. Dishes continually fall over and topple on each other like dominoes because the spacing of the rack is faulty -- resulting in broken dishes. Seriously you'd be better off just stacking dishes on a towel by your sink. Save your money!1
Needs a holder for silverwarequeenbean84I like the vertical design, it saves counter space. It just needs a holder for silverware.4
PracticalVeckag05Is very practical and helpful4
Fred589I didn’t know I needed it until I had it. It doesn’t take up too much space on the counter, drains nicely and has plenty of room for daily dishes.4
Measure twice, buy onceJacob8675309I was looking for a stylish and functional dish rack, and thought I’d found the one. Turns out our cabinets above the counter where I wanted to put this rack were too low to allow for loading dishes in the top portion. I recommend making sure you have no overhead obstructions if you intend on using this. Not for use under cabinets.3
It works greatMiss GailI do really like this dish drainer, however it has a tendency to rust at the draining base. It’s suppose to be stainless steel. I have to make sure no water sits for any extended time.4

What is stainless steel?

Stainless steel is found in everything from building structures and cars to sinks and knives. It’s easy to see why it has so many uses. Stainless steel is hard and durable and has good resistance to corrosion – namely rust. It generally has a low nickel content, and for IKEA products we mainly use stainless steel that’s nickel-free. Like many other metals, it can be recycled again and again to become new, hardwearing items – without losing its valuable properties.
