You can manage how to use it, you can fold it in the middle, you can use de thinner side under your neck, you can use it as a supplement of your other pillow (as I do). The only thing is that it's no so fluffy as I saw in the video of the product but I like them overall, I use them every night.4

If you like flat pillows this is it..VanessaIt’s comfy but I feel could use just a tad more fluff. I love the concept and the flatness of it but with the fluff being minimal I find that it spreads sometimes and I have to readjust. Like if there were a little more it would still be flat and I wouldn’t feel like it moves in the beginning if that makes sense. Overall a good pillow for those who like flat sleep. Which I do I just have to adjust it a little more that I would like but better than my bigger pillos for my neck pain.4
