DO NOT FORGET TO BUY CENTER SUPPORT: SOLD SEPARATESamanthaCenter support beam, called "SKORVA" needs to be bought separately. Slats are an alternative, but they need to be bough separately, too. This will not hold a mattress without.

Love Malm bedframes‼️SherryWe have/ have had at least a dozen Malm bedframes through the years and we are never disappointed!
I do prefer the HIGH headboard vs low as we have hit our heads on the top of the low.
Having no need for box springs is good; but we have had it both ways.
Strong bed but assembly is too much workYuvakThe bed works fine and would have gotten a five-star. Does not creak and feels like it's going to last for a long time. But assembly is too much work. The designers should find a better way. All the things I bought from Wayfair are so much easier to assemble. Why use so many proprietary fasteners?
HORRIBLE. MaryWithin 3 months of having this bed, the screws came out at the base and my mattress fell down. Just me in the bed (average sized woman) and it would usually happen when I would sit at the foot of the bed to put on my shoes or put my hand on the bed to bend down and pick something up. I fixed and put it back in and then it would continue to happen every 4-5 months for 2 years. I was running out of available nail holes until the final time which was New Year’s Eve. Horrible horrible horrible. Very disappointed.
AverageKinI think it is okay. The instructions can be clearer.
Great bed. One small change to make it perfect for college students or people who move a lot.ElliotThis bed is great. It's easy to assemble and solid, and looks good. It's also ALMOST perfect for someone who needs to move a lot, as it breaks down easily EXCEPT for having to fully unscrew the two metal side brackets each time, requiring removing self-tapping wood screws and re-screwing them after the move. If there were a hole in the metal brackets at both ends for the allen wrench to go through to access the cam locks, the bed could be dissembled for easy transport in a minute and without any further tools. It would also avoid having to remove all the self-tapping wood screws (and possibly weakening the structure due to rescrewing).
Great ProductYolandaEasy to build great product Very happy with my purchase
ClassyAlisonVery classy! Watch a YouTube video for the last page of instructions.
Do not buy this if your mattress is not from IKEAHollyWe bought, transported and assembled this "full" size bed and all its pieces, only to find that the full size mattress we had bought elsewhere was too large. Upon calling IKEA, we were told this bed is designed to fit THEIR full size mattress, which is smaller than a standard full size mattress. We had to take the bed apart, transport it back to IKEA and return it. A huge hassle and very frustrating.
Squeaky and loudBrookeBought this bed a year ago and took it apart to move and now it’s so loud and squeaks at every little movement. Won’t buy again.
Creaky, squeaky, noisy disasterHollyThe bed is sturdy enough. But it is so noisy. It creaks. It squeaks. We took it apart, and added bumpers to keep the wood from rubbing together. I put non-slip carpet padding in between Every. Single. Slat. We put felt feet on all the parts of the frame that touch the floor. Nothing helped. It just gets creakier and creakier. My dog is afraid of the bed now. So dumb.
NiceLoriVery nice looking bed frame. Perfect for our guest room.
Literally horribleKaitlynIf you want to go crazy from the incessant high pitched squeaking from the tiniest movement then this bed is for you! Save your money and sanity and get a different bed.
