Nice sofa overall but MANY issues with deliveryvbairdWe bought this couch last month and overall, we are happy with the quality of the product itself. However, the customer service and accuracy of our order/ delivery leave A LOT to be desired. We paid for delivery of the couch, along with a few other items including a dresser. When the items were delivered by the company used by Ikea, they dropped everything off in our driveway due to COVID and being unable to bring items into the house (which is fine). When trying to compare what we ordered versus what was delivered, it was extremely difficult because of how your order items are displayed versus how they're packaged for delivery. The sectional couch had over 20 separate boxes and containers, which we had no list of parts to compare it to. Once my husband started assembling the couch, we realized there was hardware missing and also one cushion and one cushion cover missing. It took over 30 minutes on the phone with an Ikea rep to even figure out exactly what was missing because I had to read each part number off of each particular package, and then count the quantity, for her to compare to what should have been included. Also one box was torn open so we had no idea what was actually missing from that box. The rep placed a replacement order for us, which was supposed to arrive in two stages- missing hardware via UPS within 7-10 business days and then missing cushion/ cover via a separate delivery over a month later. Fast forward two weeks and we hadn't received the first delivery of missing hardware, so when my husband called to check on the order/ case number, it was discovered that the replacement order and hardware were canceled due to non-payment of the delivery fee. Once the customer service rep noticed the issue, she placed a second, duplicate order of all missing parts, which we're still waiting on. Overall this replacement process has taken OVER A MONTH and we still have a mostly cute couch with a missing corner cushion and one less foot than we should have, so it wobbles. Not happy.4
