Only hard part was the backing board and the alternate feet design needing fresh screw holes instead of utilizing the already present screw holes on both the front and back. The feet only have one hole for the front or back.4

Assembly was a little difficult and took about a day and a half to complete, primarily because all instructions are for individual segments. Needs a step by step for complete unit as displayed. Wound up having to disassemble some items that should have been assembled after other parts.4
Beware of how complicated this isbewilderedFirst off, we've had a lot of issues with delivery and missing parts since this is a custom piece and not a normal out of the box Ikea build. Because its a custom piece, there is no single set of instructions on how to put this together, each individual item has its own instructions and you have to intuitively figure out what order to put it all together. We have probable 20 different instruction manuals all together. Its not rocket science, but beware if you're expecting a single set of instructions to follow. Also, I a lot more internal pieces are a thin cheap plastic than I would have expected from a piece that is so customizeable/ in this price range. I bought this as an alternative to a unit from CB2 and after seeing the quality of the parts/ difficulty to get all the parts needed to put together, would have rather spend the extra $200 to get a better quality piece of furniture.3
NiceNeciiI brought this a year ago I loved it. I put my 55 inch TV on it. Less then a year I started to notice that the top of it began to sink in. It looks so bad right now so I have to buy a new one. It wont be from IKEA.2
Great customizable console tabledunnd101I found this item online and went to the store to check it out. A sales associate assisted in printing out a parts list and took any customized inputs I wanted such as glass shelves and automatic door stoppers. My dad was able to put it together in about 3-4 hours by himself. I will say because the unit is entirely customized, the instructions are multiple instructions manuals put together to create the entire console table which is somewhat confusing and why I knocked off one star. Otherwise the table looks great and is good quality.4
Worst instructionsgollumkidThis product contains multiple instruction manuals, with no coordination between them. There is no good place to start assembling, and one mistake could lead to a complete redo. The wood is also extremely wafer thin and crumbles easily. This product should not be sold as is without better instructions. I don't expect it to last long.1
