TRASHQixuan S.It doesn't fit with the corner table top, although on the product detail, it said Completed with BEKANT desktop 63''. And I need to pay an extra $100 for the exchange!!!1
Great desk but motorgave outBEA T.Bouhgt this because it is the ONLY desk that goes that low, so great for a petite person. Heavy, not very easy to assemble but I did it. Used it for about 3 months adn adjusted it to standing position about 5 times before it stopped working. Now it is stuck at a height of a normal dining table. Useless for work but to heavy and cumbersome to take back.1
Totally gave me a low cost option for a sit/standLenore deskGreat product for low price5
So convenientMjt928I put my table together and have only used it a few times so far. I love the height changes as sometimes I stand while working and sometimes I sit.5
Love it!Cellin12I found much more expensive desks elsewhere. I’m so glad I ended up with this Ikea sit/stand desk. It is great, and I love it!!!5
Grand featuresRayraeOwned for a few months and highly satisfied with the smoothness of adjusting height.5
So easy to install and use!SaradomenicaI bought this a few weeks ago, put a custom desktop on it and its amazing!5
Sturdy sit-stand deskEuropeanGuyI wanted a sit-stand desk, like I have at work. This desk is pretty high quality -- actually surprisingly good. I was a little worried about the motor, but it is as good as I have at work, which is a high quality desk.5
Love itExtremely satisfiedI bought this a month ago and I love it. Works exactly as expected5
Helpful for hubby"s back pain!Leroy54Got this as a surprise for my husband for Christmas. He loves it so far, and is using it both for standing and sitting. Sitting is better than old (Ikea!) desk, as he can put it where it feels most comfortable for his viewing of the screens. Before he had to adjust the chair, which didn't provide enough range for best angle. I had no trouble putting it together secretly, myself. But, I couldn't set it upright when I was done, which the directions cautioned about. It is very heavy due to the lifting mechanism. But that was known and expected. Overall, it is very neat, sturdy and functions smoothly and well. We now realize that there isn't a holder part for a desktop computer. These are much more geared for a laptop, that doesn't have lots of cords to worry about. But we made it work easily with a nearby small shelving unit.5
Perfect for spreading out your calendars and worklDebParePerfect for spreading out your calendars and workload!5
Work well for 3-4 monthsBrett KI bought this the end of March 2018 from the Minnesota store. I love the large size and adjustability. However, the motors had quit work by the end of July with little use. I bet it did not get adjusted up & down more than 20 times in the 3-4 months before it quit. I tried call customer service and their system was so overloaded with calls, I was told they could not field my call at this time and should call back later. Hoping for some resolution or it is going back to the store for sure. FYI, my desk is stuck in a low seating position.2
Motor doesn"t work after two yearsMcFlyDroidAs others have pointed out, after two years of basic use the desk no longer moves. It is stuck in the upright position so I can no longer sit at it. I tried the troubleshooting steps as pointed out in other reviews but they did not work. Apparently the motors do not last long on these. IKEA - if you're listening, it would be great if you could send me a new motor. I'm a disabled Veteran and depend on my desk for work and can no longer use it as intended.1
Works well, good priceMDMomMomA motorized desk is usually much more expensive. This one works well and looks good. After reading earlier reviews I saw some people experienced motor problems. I have yet to have any motor problems. I am hoping if I do have any in the future that the warranty will help with repairs.5
The best purchase!CLorensenI bought this when I was looking for a sewing/crafting table. I saw it in the store and immediately knew it would be the most amazing thing. The adjustable height makes it great for switching between cutting, measuring, using my sewing machine, even ironing. It's the best. I bought the larger size and even though it was on the pricier side, it was totally worth it. I couldn't be happier. It's a lot to put together, though, and it's VERY heavy. Do not attempt alone unless you are a seasoned IKEA furniture builder.5
Great value & functionalitypixelgirlI bought this about a month ago after having my eye on it for years. I have to say I'm VERY happy with it. It functions very well and sturdier than I honestly expected. Assembly was easy, I had it together in under 20 minutes and only needed help flipping the desk over. It is a little shaky when it's raised, but I'm tall so I extended it almost fully. It's not so shaky that it impacts functionality, and I don't worry about my monitors falling.4
Love it!Sisa127It moves smoothly, it’s perfect for my home office.5

Great tableAnonymous reviewerThe adjustable height is great. It goes up and down just by a button. My lower back was in pain before. Now this standing desk has helped improved my back a lot. I feel very comfortable about the desk.5

"When we designed the BEKANT series our goal was to make flexible desk combinations that encourage collaborations, meetings and creativity. The desks come in different sizes and shapes – you can use one alone or combine them to suit your needs. And they’re easy to add onto, or change, any time your needs do. To encourage a healthy work environment, most underframes have a sit and stand function that allows you to vary positions. Also, this series has been tested and approved for professional use, so it’s perfect in all types of offices."
