Great Linen FabricRosscar5I have used this fabric for different projects; upholstery, curtains, cushion pillows, etc. Love the quality and the price!5
Poor qualityTea DI should have examined the fabric more closely before I purchased. I couldn't use this linen for clothing. I made a laundry bag instead.2
Good for curtainsksureneMade nice curtains, a bit hard to work with but the results where nice4
Easy linen sourceTheWeeBeeLove being able to get a med-weight linen fabric for such a great price! Would be happy to see more colors added down the road. It's ideal for making historical re-enactment costumes.5
Excellent value!DolphinbuddyI’ve seen linen of this quality for double the price at fabric stores. I’m thinking of making shorts out of it, but it would make excellent sheets, curtains, or even towels. Keep in mind, linen WRINKLES! You will not find 100% linen fabric that doesn’t wrinkle. It’s just the nature of this fabric (and part of its charm).5

Too wrinklyPjSanDiegoLoved the color but the fabric is always wrinkled :(3
A bit too thick for my project.Heather 69I bought a small piece to back a cushion/pillow that I was making for our bed. It is linen so of course it wrinkles easily. I had to really iron it before I used it. Good quality and thick but I would have been better with a mixed linen material.3
I like it.YetunguezI like this fabric, but only in the gray. The tan one is very cheap and bare. My store doesn't have the white. I hand-print my designs on It works fabulously for that. It does shed a lot and gets very very wrinkly when washed.4

Material

Linen gets better with age

Linen fiber is strong, has an irregular surface and contains a wax. These are the qualities that give linen its unique structure and luster. They also make linen hard-wearing, effective in absorbing moisture and give it a natural protection against stains. Removing the linen from the plant is a time-consuming process, which is why it costs a little more. But linen also ages gracefully and grows more beautiful with each passing year.
