You can mount the door to open from the right or left.
The included suspension rail makes it easier to mount the cabinet on the wall. Secure the rail to the wall, then hang the cabinet on the rail and fasten.

Beautiful cabinet, but...JoelBeautiful cabinet and finish, however, the design of the plastic glass shelve clips is terrible! The convex plastic bump is so difficult to snap the glass past that you feel you're going to break the glass. Removing the glass is even worse. There was so much stress to push the shelve up that it finally flung out out of my grasp and crashed on the floor. I removed the convex plastic piece from the clips with a pliers so the shelves would easily seat.
