Small order deliveries
Ideal for smaller items like textiles, decorations and accessories.

You choose your delivery date, which can be as early as tomorrow. Your packages will be delivered outside your home or to the lobby of your building on the date you chose.

Small order Pick-up locations
We have added over 15,000 Pick-Up locations that allow you to choose to pick up your small order deliveries at a secure location – like your local grocery, drugstore or shipping store! When you are checking out your online order, you will be asked to input your zip code. If this service is offered in your area, it will pop up with your local pick-up point options. You select the location and date that is convenient for you. The best part? The service is a flat rate of $4.
Large order Pick-up locations
We continue to open pick-up locations for qualifying online furniture orders as well. These are locations operated by IKEA partners. When you are checking out your online order, you will be asked to input your zip code. If this service is offered in your area, it will pop up with your local pick-up point options. You select the location and date that is convenient for you. See if there is a furniture pick-up location near you.
IKEA Delivery basics
- Delivery price does not include tax
- Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation.
- You can opt-in to receive texts about your delivery status.
- Someone 18 years or older must be present for the delivery. Select locations may choose to have your order delivered without an adult present.
- Orders over 500 lbs can only be delivered by Scheduled In-Home Delivery or Express In-Home Delivery and charge an additional $20 fee
- Not all delivery options are available in all zip codes
- All orders must be delivered within the continental US
- Cannot deliver to PO Boxes or APO addresses

The earliest estimated dates for your area will be provided prior to completing your order at check-out. *Please note that this is not a guaranteed delivery date for your order. Once your order ships, our delivery provider will contact you to confirm your scheduled delivery date and a 4-hour time window.
We offer a range of services to make your lives’ easier and encourage sustainable choices. IKEA follows all state laws with respect to mattress removal – including those states (CA, RI or CT) where removal is free of charge with the purchase of a delivery.
The local delivery company will contact you the evening prior to your scheduled delivery date to confirm your 4-hour time frame.

We offer mattress removal for an additional $25 fee when you purchase a mattress, futon or box spring with delivery from your local store.
