You can take it home yourself – but you don’t have to

Flat-packed products are easy for you to transport. But you can also arrange delivery to your home or your business. If you prefer to have your purchase delivered, we have a range of delivery options for you when shopping at IKEA.sg or at your nearest IKEA store.

It's safe to shop at IKEA. While we welcome you back to our stores, we are committed to ensuring the well-being of our customers and co-workers.

Please note that services rendered at customers’ homes, such as delivery, assembly, and installation will be limited to 2 co-workers per household. Should there be 2 unique visitors at the said address, our co-workers will not enter the house and will reschedule the appointment. Parcel delivery is $15

Order up to a weight of 40kg, and a maximum length per item of 1.8 meters.

• Parcel size: (L) 59 cm x (W) 34 cm x (H) 39 cm
• Example product: DUKTIG play kitchen

Delivery will take place within 3-5 working days. Parcel delivery time: 9 am - 6 pm.

Truck delivery is $70, unless you spend above $500 in-store

Delivery typically takes place within 2-5 days from the date of order. 

^ Please note for truck delivery, an additional flat rate of $20 will apply if there is no lift access, or if items cannot fit in the lift at the delivery address located in a building from the 3rd floor onwards. This service is applicable up to the 5th floor only. Please pay the fee directly to the service provider.

^Please note that drilling services are only available with assembly purchases. Delivery-only purchases are not applicable for drilling services.

Please note that during major holiday seasons*, please allow an extra 1-3 business days for processing time on truck and parcel delivery orders due to the high peak of orders.

Picking with delivery: $70

We offer a combined in-store picking and delivery service if you would prefer to sit back, relax and let us do the heavy lifting for you. Simply place your order with one of our co-workers in-store.

Delivery only: $55

If you are happy to pick up your goods yourself, we can still deliver them to you.
