Covid-19 updates and safety measures
We're all in the same boat
The global transport crisis has led to availability issues in our stores.
The COVID-19 pandemic has greatly disrupted the global movement of supply and goods for many businesses.
The surge in worldwide demand for logistical services has resulted in a global shortage of shipping containers, congested seaports, capacity constraints on vessels, and lockdowns in many markets.
Unfortunately we are not immune to these global freight issues. We estimate about half of our articles in Singapore are currently affected by shipment delays. This impacts the availability of products and planned promotions in our stores.
We know it’s frustrating when the items you want are not readily available but assure you we are doing everything we possibly can to improve the situation. As always, we thank you for your continued support and understanding during these extraordinary times.
All IKEA stores remain open and we welcome customers to our IKEA restaurants in group sizes of up to 2 fully vaccinated customers from 27 September.
Following the new Government dine-in safety measures we will require all members of the group to verify their vaccination status using the Trace Together App on arrival.
As we are committed to ensure the well-being of our customers and co-workers, we will continue to take all possible measures to ensure that IKEA remains as a safe place to shop and eat with us.
We encourage everyone to shop and order online. Stay home, stay safe.
