Most of our products are flat packed and designed in such a way that they can easily fit in your car. However, if you prefer to have your purchase delivered, we have a range of delivery options for you to choose from when shopping at IKEA.sg or shopping at your nearest IKEA store.

Shopping at IKEA.sg

If you’re placing an order online, we offer the following delivery options:

Parcel delivery service fee is $10.
Truck delivery service fee is $70.

To qualify for parcel delivery, the order must fulfil these criteria:
1) Total weight less than 24kg;
2) Longest side of an item should not exceed 1.4m.

Our products are specifically designed to be simple to assemble, so that our customers can easily do it themselves. That way, you save the most money.

However, if you need a hand, we have a range of assembly options for you to choose from when shopping at IKEA.sg or shopping at your nearest IKEA store.

Do note that for bathroom and kitchen solutions, you will require installation services. Visit your nearest IKEA store to speak with an IKEA co-worker for assistance. For more information on our installation services, please click here.

Shopping at IKEA.sg
When you purchase online, assembly prices are charged at 15% of the product price.
Sofas that require only fixing of legs and/or covers have a $15 service fee.
For items that require wall drilling, there is a service fee of $5 per hole to be paid directly to the service provider.

Booking
Products which require assembly will be flagged in the checkout process. You may select the products which you wish to purchase the assembly service for.

It's OK to change your mind

So long as you retain your original receipt, you can return an unassembled item in its original packaging within 365 days for a full refund.

Do note that our return policy does not apply to cut fabric, plants, unwrapped bed linen, kitchen appliances, custom-made worktops or products damaged upon leaving the store.

If the return criteria are not fully met, we may refuse the return or offer an exchange or an IKEA Refund Card.

Love it or exchange it

When it comes to mattresses, we offer something special.

You may exchange your mattress once within 365 days if you don't love it, provided your merchandise is not found by IKEA to be dirty, marked, damaged or abused.
