Most of our products are flat packed and designed in such a way that they can easily fit in your car. However, if you prefer to have your purchase delivered, we have a range of delivery options for you to choose from when shopping at IKEA.sg or shopping at your nearest IKEA store.
Shopping at IKEA.sg
If you’re placing an order online, we offer the following delivery options:
Parcel delivery service fee is $15.
Truck delivery service fee is $70.
To qualify for parcel delivery, the order must fulfil these criteria:
1) Total weight less than 24kg;
2) Longest side of an item should not exceed 1m.
If you’ve found out how you want your dream home, but need some help spreading the cost, we can offer you a range of finance options to help you make your ideas a reality.
Return the unassembled item in their original packaging within 100 days, together with your receipt for either an exchange or a full refund. Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment.
Love it or exchange it
When it comes to mattresses, we offer something special. It is important to us that you love your new mattress. So, if after a while you discover that it is too firm or too soft, just bring back the mattress and try out a new one. There's no rush. You have 100 days to sleep on it!
You may exchange your mattress once within 100 days if you don't love it, provided your merchandise is not found by IKEA to be dirty, marked, damaged or abused.
