You sit comfortably thanks to the pocket springs that support the right places and follow the body exactly. The sofa feels extra soft and cosy to sit in thanks to the top layer of ball fibre. The high back and neck support increases the comfort.The sofa is quickly and easily transformed into a spacious bed by removing the back cushions and pulling out the underframe. You can use the sofa's back cushions to get a comfortable back support to lean against in the bed.The embracing mattress in resilient foam provides support for your entire body and the slatted bed base in layer-glued birch senses your weight and makes the mattress more flexible.The cover in cotton and polyester fabric is dyed in different tones, which gives it a nice effect. The strong and hardwearing woven quality gives the fabric a clear texture.The cover is easy to keep clean since it is removable and machine washable.10 year guarantee. A fabric that withstands 15,000 cycles or more is suitable for furniture that should withstand everyday use in the home.The cover has a lightfastness level of 5 (the ability to resist colour fading) on a scale of 1 to 8. Designer thoughts

"When I designed LIDHULT sofa, I thought of it as a fluffy cream cake. Round and soft, inviting and nice. The sofa's extra high back support, comfortable neck cushion and soft armrests are perfect for TV-watching marathons, cosy relaxing with the family – or maybe for napping. We worked a great deal with all details to make LIDHULT as comfortable as possible, to even sleep on all night if you choose the sofa bed. I think that the feeling is a little bit like being hugged!"
