Designer thoughts

I liked the idea of creating a lamp shade that flirts with light as it passes through the construction. I found inspiration in my old library of knitting patterns and samples that I’ve created over the years. The result was the hand-knitted LERGRYN lamp shade with a down-to-earth, authentic and unique look. When the lamp is off, the shade blends into the surroundings. But when it’s on, the light sprinkles out through the holes and spreads a warm, calm feeling in the room.
