IKEA is recalling the LURVIG water dispenser for pets due to risk for dogs and cats getting their heads stuck in the dome of the water dispenser. IKEA urges customers to stop using the water dispenser and return it to any IKEA store for a full refund. The receipt is not needed.

IKEA has received reports of two incidents where dogs got their heads stuck in the dome of the LURVIG water dispenser. We know that pets are important and loved by many families and we are truly sorry about the incidents.

At IKEA safety always comes first that is why we have decided to recall the LURVIG water dispenser.
