Click & collect at the store

Do you want your order delivered quickly? Then choose click & collect. Order and pay for your items online, choose the time you would like to pick up the order and we will make sure you can collect it at the store of your choice.

The prices for Click & collect are:

  • For an order of 0 - 100kg: €4.99
  • For an order heavier than 100kg: €9.99

It doesn't matter how many products you order. Our staff carefully collect the products at the store. Make sure you pick up your order exactly at the time you have chosen, to avoid crowds at the store. Your products are reserved for you for 48 hours at the store.

To ensure the health and safety of our customers and employees at the pickup location of the stores, we have taken extra measures at our pickup locations. Employees will ensure compliance of all measures. We thank everyone in advance for their cooperation.

Collect at a pick-up point

From now on it is also possible to pick up your order at a PostNL pick-up point of your choice.

  • Parcel post from 0 to 15 kg: € 2.99
  • Parcel post from 15 to 23 kg: € 9.99
  • The order fits into one package and is 170x73x53 cm large.
  • As soon as IKEA transfers your package to the delivery service, you will receive an email with tracking information.

How does Click & Collect at the store work?

Order and pay your articles via IKEA.nl. On the webpage of the product you can see which stores have your product in stock. If the store has stock, the product is available for Click & Collect. You’ll find the stock of stores below the blue or grey button on the product page.

Add the article you’d like to order to your Shopping bag and follow the steps. During step 1 select 'Click & Collect' and choose a store, during step 2 you can choose the timeframe when you want to collect your order. When you complete the ordering process, you’ll receive an e-mail with a confirmation.

Where do you pick up your order?

The route to the pick-up point is clearly indicated at the stores. Follow the symbols below on the car park and we will be ready to hand over your order.

Safety measures due to the Corona virus

The health of our customers and staff is our top priority. That's why we ask all customers and staff to take the following safety measures into account.

  • We ask customers to pick up their order at the store with a maximum of 2 people.
  • We ask customers and employees to keep a sufficient distance (minimum 1.5 meters) from each other.
  • We use extra cleaning measures in all stores in the Netherlands to prevent this from happening.
  • Employees who suffer from a nose cold, cough, sore throat or fever should stay at home. As a precautionary measure, we also instruct employees who have recently been in a risk area designated by the RIVM to stay at home for at least 14 days.
  • Do you have a nose cold, cough, sore throat or fever yourself? Then have someone else pick up your order. You can indicate this in the order process, the person who picks up the products has to show an order confirmation and proof of identity.

Why can I still choose the service ‘Click & collect’? Is that safe?

I haven't received confirmation of my click & collect order. What should I do now?

Your order confirmation may have ended up in your spam or junk email folder. Please check carefully. It may take some time before the confirmation is sent. If you haven't received confirmation half an hour after you placed your order, please contact us by phone.

If the order has been received correctly, we can send you a new order confirmation. When you have received an order confirmation, it's also possible to pick up your order without the order confirmation, but do bring a proof of identity with you in that case.

How much time do I have to pick up my Click & collect order?

The available time slots to pick up your order will appear automatically when you are ordering online. Depending on the opening hours of the chosen store and the time of ordering, you can choose a pick-up time on the day itself, or on the next day. Make sure you pick up your order exactly at the time you have chosen, to avoid crowds at the store.

What do I need to pick up my Click & Collect order?

We'll handle your details and your purchase with care. That's why we ask you to identify yourself when you pick up your order.

Please bring the following with you:

  • The order confirmation that you received by email after you placed your order
  • Identification (passport, driving licence or ID card).

Can I have someone else pick up my order?

You can also have someone else pick up your order. Please indicate this in the order process. The person who picks up your order must show the order confirmation and his or her own proof of identity. If you did not indicate this when ordering, the person who picks up the order will have to show a copy of proof of identity of the purchaser in addition to the order confirmation.

Where in the store can I pick up my Click & collect order?

During your ordering process you will immediately see the address details of the pick-up location. On the route to the pick-up location you will also see signs or other communication with Click & collect symbols. These symbols will show you the way. Due to the exceptional situation, temporary signs may have been installed.

Can I also pick up my Click & collect order later (after 48 hours)?

No, that's not possible. The order must be picked up within 48 hours.

Can I pick up my Order & Pick up order in a store of my choice?

Yes, you can choose in which shop you want to pick up your order.

The product I am looking for cannot be ordered online, but can be bought in the store. Where do I get this product?

All products can be purchased via the ‘Click and Collect’ option. Only unique items such as Persian rugs, fabrics per meter and plants are not available.

Can I pay with an IKEA (digital) giftcard at Click&Collect?

No, it’s unfortunately not possible to pay with a (digital) gift card at Click&Collect.

Is it still possible to cancel my Click & collect order?

Yes, you can. Cancel your Click and Collect order via IKEA.nl/cancellation.

I want to change my Click & collect order to home delivery. Is that possible?

Yes, that's possible. Cancel your Click and Collect order via IKEA.nl/cancellation. Then place a new order on IKEA.nl and choose to have your order delivered to your home.

I've still got a voucher for € 9.99 that I received when I used Click & Collect previously, until when is this voucher valid?

This voucher is valid until July 1st.
