Remember that any products that are not on your shopping list , will not be included in your order. Double check your list and don’t forget anything.

If the product you want is marked as available in green, it means that it is in stock. But remember that you have to select the IKEA store closest to you during purchase, so that we can guarantee the stock, taking into account the item on your shopping list.

When you buy online, you can choose. Do you want to get your order at a store, at a pick-up point, or, do you want it delivered to your house?

While you are making the online order, you can choose the day and time period that suits you, whether you want to pick the merchandise up at your IKEA store or you want it delivered to your house.

The price of the delivery will depend on your zip code and the value of your order. Keep it in mind that a 20€ service charge will be added to the final price. For values over 3000€ the calculation is percentual.

Before buying

  • So what exactly is the Online Store?

    From now on, you can shop at IKEA whenever and however it suits you, at our Online Store.

    At our Online Store, you can choose the service that suits you:

    • Click & Collect at the store or at the pick-up point: buy online and we'll arrange your order so it can be collected by you, on the day you prefer.
    • Click & Delivered: buy online and we deliver your order where and when you prefer.

  • Which services must I pay for?

    When you select the service “Click & collect” at the store or pick-up point we gather up your items and get your order ready for you. There is a fixed service fee of 20€, independetly the value of the purchase. This service is also availbale at IKEA Loulé store. See delivery costs here. .

  • Is it possible to book the assembly service through the Online store?

    The assembly service isn't yet available at Online store. For that, you should contact Costumer service.

  • Is the full range of IKEA products available online?

    We have a wide range of our products available online.

    However, the following IKEA products are not available online: green plants, food products, fabric by the yard, bespoke countertops, bespoke items in general, Persian carpets, sale items, articles with the same article number for all of the available colours, and Gift Cards.

  • How do I find out which products from the site are available for online purchase?

    When you select the service “Click & Collect at the store or pick-up point”, and after selecting which store you will collect your items up at, you will see whether all the products on your shopping list are available. To proceed with your order, you should delete the out of stock items from your list, or go back to your shopping list and choose either another store or the home delivery option. You can also check the stock levels, either on the product information page or on your shopping list. Before you order can be processed, the available stock indicator must be green. It may be that an item listed as available will have sold out while your order was being processed. If this occurs, you will be contacted with a suggested solution.

  • What types of discounts are available?

    When you buy online, you will receive the IKEA FAMILY exclusive discounts when you enter your card number during purchase. There are also direct discounts offered during national or local campaigns. Just check out the conditions listed on our site.

    Don’t forget to give us your IKEA FAMILY number when checking out so that you don’t miss out on any IKEA FAMILY member advantages for online purchases. If you’re not a member yet, sign up for your card. .

    Not all promotions, campaigns and IKEA discounts are applicable to online purchases.

  • Are prices the same online and in the store?

    Prices of the items online (with VAT included) are valid countrywide and are identical to those in the stores, with the exception of occasional campaigns or promotions particular to any one store. Item prices do not include the service fee or optional delivery charges. These costs will be totalled separately and added to your bill before you make the respective payment.

  • What payment options are there for the Online Store?

    The Online Store accepts payment in credit card (VISA or Mastercard). The order must be paid in full and only after the online order. In the event that you do not have a credit card, you may use the MBNET service, a secure solution provided by MB WAY, for generating virtual cards and paying for your items in a totally safe manner.

    You can use your IKEA Cetelem credit card at the Online Store, however, you must pay your order in full. Partial payments on credit, or without interest, are only valid for face-to-face purchases in store.

During the purchase

  • How should I make my request?

    To make an order, select the items that you want to buy and add them to your shopping list. After choosing your items, see your shopping list and choose the service you want so that you can check if the items are in stock.

    You order can only be processed if all the products you want are in stock, as indicated in green. If any of your products are not in stock, or if they are not available at the store where you want to collect them, you will be notified. You must then either remove them from you list or select another service or another location to pick them up from.

    After entering your IKEA FAMILY card, in order to take advantage of all the online services, you must select the date when you intend to collect your items, or to have them delivered. Fill in your personal data for the invoice and pay for your order.

    Before paying, you can confirm the full order with the final prices and services chosen.

  • When can I collect my order at the store?

    Your order will be ready in the store and time slot that you have selected during your online purchase process.

  • What happens if I cannot collect my order within the specified time period?

    If you cannot pick your order up within the specified time period, we will begin the return process. In this case, the cost of the item will be returned but not the service fee.

  • After the order is made, what are the next steps?

    After the order is made, you will immediately receive an email confirmation of the payment. Next, we will get your order ready so that you can collect your items on the day you have chosen. As soon as the order is ready, we will send an email confirmation so that you can go to the store or the pick-up point to collect your order on the day you indicated.

    At the store, go to the Merchandise Pick-up area. You must show identification as well as the order summary you received by email. The summary can either be presented on paper or digitally. If you cannot present these documents, you will not be able to pick your order up.

  • Can someone else collect my order for me?

    When you are placing the order and, when entering your personal data, you can indicate the person who is authorized to collect your order. In this case, the person who is collecting the order must present their identification (original) and a copy of the order confirmation on paper or digitally.

    If you cannot present these documents, you will not be able to collect your order.

    You must keep in mind that it is only the person authorized on the order confirmation who can collect the order.

  • What services can I hire at the Online Store?

    IKEA Online Store offers two services: Click & Collect (at the store or pick-up point) and Click & Deliver.

    Other services, including furniture assembly and kitchen assembly are not currently available through the Online Store micro site. Please visit your nearest store or contact our Customer Service Centre.

  • How can I check on the status of my order?

  • I’ve changed my mind. Can I cancel my order?

    In case you haven’t received the order yet, you are totally free to cancel it and you should do so by email at: In this case, the value of the items will be returned to you, with the exception of the 20€ service fee and any delivery charges. See Terms and Conditions for more details.

    Items bought online will benefit from our returns policy. That means you have 365 days for exchanges or returns for items with proof of purchase from an IKEA store. Alternatively you can request transport of the items from the point of delivery to the warehouse of origin, subject to the delivery charges in effect.

  • Is there any charge for cancelling an order?

    In the event that a cancellation takes place within 14 days of delivery – counted from the date of online purchase and reception at home, or the date of collection from the store – IKEA will provide a full refund by the same method as the original payment.   • Can I return one or more items from my order?
    If you decide to return just some of your order (partial return), IKEA will return that part of the payment corresponding to the returned items, in the same way of payment.
  • How will my reimbursement be processed and how long will it take?

    In the event that an order is cancelled, IKEA will reimburse you within 14 days from the date of cancellation, provided the order is still on IKEA premises. The reimbursement will be processed using the same form of payment originally used for the order.

  • What should I do if I have a question about my order?
