Prepare for your purchase online by browsing our website. You will have plenty of ideas and quickly find what you are looking for.
Take measurements at home to avoid unpleasant surprises.
Make sure the items you choose are available. After finding the desired product, verify that the button "buy online" is present, click to add it to your cart. In the cart you will find a summary of items added, you can change the amount. You can also add items directly to your shopping cart by entering the 8-digit product number. Payment Methods
A comprehensive range of payment
When you have finished adding products to your basket you can proceed to the Checkout. Follow the steps on-screen and confirm your details are correct to reach the payment step but please make sure that your card is enabled for online purchases. If it is not, please contact your local bank to enable it. You can pay on IKEA Shop Online with the following payment methods:

IKEA is committed to ensuring your personal details are kept safe at all times. All information is encrypted, which means that no unauthorized person can see it.We use a number of fraud prevention measures. You will be asked to provide information to ensure that your card is not being used fraudulently online. As an example, IKEA will ask you to include the security code, printed as the last three digits on the signature strip on the back of your card, and 3D Secure codes used by VISA and MASTERCARD. You can register for 3D secure with your card issuer.
Delivery
When you place an order online, we’ll gather the items for you and have it delivered directly from our Store to your home or office. We offer 2 methods of delivery which are based on the weight and size of your order.
Parcel delivery is used to deliver small items weighing up to 30kg. A parcel delivery can comprise multiple small packages. Some of our products are not suitable to be delivered via parcel, for example products containing mirrors or glass and all items shoud have dimensions less than 100x55x35cm. These will be transferred automatically to truck delivery where we can take better care of them. Parcel orders are delivered Saturdays to Thursdays and delivery will only be door to door.
The charges for parcel delivery are for orders with an item weight of 0-30kg. Please note any individual product that weighs more than 30kg will be delivered to you via our truck delivery service.
Parcel Delivery
We will deliver all orders we classify as ‘large deliveries’ (items over 30kg), and any products we deem unsuitable for parcel delivery. Your delivery charge will be calculated at the checkout based on your order, city and district. Truck deliveries take place on nominated days depending on your location. After placing your order, you will receive notification email including the delivery date & our call center will contact you to confirm the order.
On the day of delivery, our delivery team will call you 1 hour before your delivery time to ensure that you are available to take delivery and to check with you that there are no unexpected access restrictions.

Assembly
Our flat-packed furniture is designed to be easy to assemble, but if you need help or simply don’t have the time to do it yourself then our assembly service can help.
What we do
If you want help in assembling your furniture, we’ll do it for you in your home or office.
Price
Assembly service will be charged at an additional rate of 6% of the products' price with a minimum charge of JD 15 for Zone 1, JD 50 for Zone 2 and JD 60 for Zone 3.
You can choose the assembly service along with the delivery when placing your order online, we require you to be available on the agreed day and time chosen.

Return & refund
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item and make sure it’s in its original packaging (not opened or assembled) within 90 days with your order confirmation. Please note delivery fees are not refundable once the order has been shipped. You can make a return to an order by visiting IKEA Amman with the item you wish to return or you can simply call us on +962 6 400 1000.
Refunding your money
We will refund the price you paid for the items and credit the refund amount to your credit/account that you made payment with. We will not refund any delivery and assembly costs you have paid in case you requested to return items already delivered to your home and based on our evaluation of item condition we will refund the product value.
