How to buy?

To start an order select the products you want and add them to the .

Afterwards, you will have to select the mode of delivery that you prefer:

   ·   Click & Collect: to pick up your order at any of our IKEA stores or delivery points in Pamplona and Granada.

   ·   Home delivery: we send your order to the address of your choice.

In the case of requesting home delivery, we will ask for the postal code of the place of delivery. The goods will be shipped from the nearest store.

If you live outside Spain and choose Click & Collect, you must enter the 99999 zip code in your personal data in order to continue with your purchase.

Before making the payment you will see the complete order with the final prices of the articles and the service chosen, the collection date of Click & Collect or the delivery range selected for Delivery to home.

Once the payment has been made, you will receive an instant confirmation of the order via email.

To collect your purchase, it is necessary to present the identity document that you provided at the time of purchase. For Click & Collect orders, apart from the identity document, it is necessary to present the order confirmation email.

Prices that appear on our website may vary, up or down *, depending on the store.

* In national or local promotions that consist of 3x2 combinations and offers, the customer will pay the price without discount. The discount will be paid within 72 hours and through the same payment method used to make the purchase.

All our prices include VAT.

All articles displayed on the web are available for purchase online, except for natural plants, food and IKEA Food products, fabric by meter, custom worktops, custom articles, Persian carpets, articles with the same reference for various colors / sizes and Gift Cards.

The articles purchased at online purchase have the same guarantee han the articles purchased at IKEA establishments.

You can check the stock of the items on the product information page or on your . In order for an item to be purchased online the stock availability indicator must be in green.

It is not possible to hire additional services such as assembly or installation when ordering online.

If in your purchase you purchase items with discount on promotion card, you will receive a code with the corresponding discount via SMS, which you can redeem in your next purchases.

To redeem the discount it is necessary to present the SMS with the code and the ticket of your online purchase in the line of boxes.

You can only redeem your discounts at IKEA physical stores.

The expiration of the voucher cards (SMS coupon) is 6 months from the day of purchase.

At the moment you can not redeem the gift cards and voucher (SMS coupon) in your online purchase.

For purchases with Pick up at the store or delivery point the cost of the service of preparation of goods is 15€. If you have selected to collect your order at the collections points, the price of the service is €29. The cost of preparation is fixed regardless of the amount of the purchase.

For purchases with Home delivery, the shipping rates include the costs of preparation of the goods and home delivery.

For online purchases with transport to the Balearic or Canary Islands, you need to place the order directly on yourweb site.

Store Pickup: You can pick up your order on the selected day at the time of purchase. Note that the store needs 3 hours to prepare an order, so if for example, you have placed your order at 10:00 you can pick it up after 13:00.

If you place your order before 17:00 , you can pick it up that same day within the opening hours of the store, if you do it after that time you can have it available the next day.

Pick up at Pick up Point (Pamplona) or at Pick up Point (Granada): The delivery point needs 72 hours to have an order, so if for example you have placed your order on a Monday you can pick it up from Thursday of the same week in the opening hours.

For the collection of the order is essential the filing of the NIF / CIF or Passport of the person who made the purchase or the authorized person.

If you can not pick up your order at the selected strip, IKEA stores your order for the next 24 hours and we will contact you to offer an alternative.

In case of not being able to contact you, you will be notified via SMS and the order will be refunded with the amount of the merchandise paid, excluding the cost of the service of preparation of the order

The moment you fill in your personal information when placing your order, you have the option to select an authorized person to pick up your order for you. In that case, it will be necessary that at the moment of the withdrawal of the order that person presents his original (identity) document and the copy or order number in paper or digital version in order to identify the order and make the delivery.

Note that only the same person who appears as authorized in the order confirmation will be the one who can remove it.

* You can only know the status of your order if you have selected home delivery. For Click & Collect, you will receive an email with the order pick up strip.

If the delivery is made in an address located in a restricted access area, be sure to select a shipping strip outside of the traffic limitation schedule.


You can pay for your order with your credit or debit card (VISA o Mastercard).

As for our IKEA VISA card you can use it to pay for the online order. Interest-free installment payment options are not available. If you need to split your purchase with IKEA Visa, use our app IKEA VISA.

It is not possible to use gift cards, promotion cards or return cards as a means of payment in your online purchases.

You can pay your order online with your credit or debit card (VISA or MasterCard) or through your PayPal account. With PayPal, you can safely pay for all your purchases at without additional costs.

It is a security control against fraud to ensure greater security and strong authentication when you use your debit or credit cards to buy on the Internet.

Depending on the type of card, this control is also called "MasterCard SecureCode" or "Verified by Visa".

UOnce you have entered the details of your bank card, you will be taken to a screen where you will be asked to enter a secret code consisting of a numeric code that, depending on your bank, will be provided in a different way:

Your financial institution will authenticate the transaction in a few seconds and also confirm that it is you who makes the purchase.

If your bank uses SMS, remember that when you apply for a credit / debit card to a bank, the entity asks you for some information, one of which is your mobile number. If you have switched phones, we recommend that you contact your bank.

If your bank uses the coordinate card as a method to provide you with the security key, you have provided it at the time you sent the card and other documentation. If not, we recommend that you contact them to have it sent to you.

We generate an ordinary invoice in all online orders, so check the billing data at the time of making the purchase.

If you have any problems when making the payment, your card may not have activated the payment option for Internet purchases or have an established purchase limit. Check with your bank or your virtual bank office.

Modifications & Returns

Partial modification of orders are not allowed. To remove or add items to your online order already paid, it is necessary to completely cancel the original order and make a new order.

The total cancellation of the order as well as the services contracted within 24 hours is possible from the moment the order is confirmed. You must contact IKEA on the phone 900 400 922 for cancellation of the order or by email:

The total price will be paid for the same payment system used at the time of paying the order within a maximum period of three working days from the notification of the cancellation.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal in time, IKEA will refund all payments received, including delivery expenses, in the same form of payment in which the purchase was made, no later than the following 14 calendar days in which you have exercised law.

Before the deadline expires, you can cancel the complete order by filling out the withdrawal request that you received in your email by attaching it to IKEA customer service form (spanish).

In the case of additional services, we will refund all payments received, provided that such contracted services have not been fully executed.

After this period of 14 days, IKEA will only refund the amount of the merchandise paid by the customer according to the conditions of our change and return policy.

You can return the items purchased at to any of our stores (except IKEA Temporary Madrid) or delivery points within 365 days with your purchase ticket. The return will be made in the same method of payment of the original purchase.

If you wish to request the service of withdrawal at home, you must bear the direct costs caused by the return of the merchandise. This cost will be the same as the freight rate of the merchandise.

In case you decide to return only part of the products of an order (partial withdrawal) within 14 calendar days, IKEA will refund the amount of the returned products. In this case, the proportional part of the value of the contracted services will be reimbursed when the amount returned represents a change to the immediately lower range of transport costs.

After this period, IKEA will only refund the amount of the returned products according to the conditions of our change and return policy.
