It's OK to change your mind
It’s important to us that you like and enjoy the products you purchase at IKEA. If you’re not satisfied with your product, or if you have simply changed your mind about it, you can return it to IKEA within 365 days. If products are returned with a receipt and, if possible, with the original packaging, we will refund the full amount of the purchase price to you.

IKEA will refund the amount in the same way in which you originally paid for the product in question. You can return any unused products that are in perfect condition, even if you have already assembled them. If the product you wish to return does not meet the above-mentioned criteria, we may refuse to accept it or else offer you an exchange or a refund card.
This return policy applies to instances in which you change your mind about a product; it does not affect your legal rights or IKEA guarantees.

We know that you can't find the right mattress in ten minutes. Your body needs around four to six weeks to get used to the new mattress. So feel free to take your mattress home and try it out. You have 90 days to be sure that you love it – and if not, you can exchange it for another.

Get a pick-up from your home or business to our nearest IKEA store. Prices range from CHF 59.00 - 149.00 depending on the goods value (same as our delivery service). Please contact us for pricing and scheduling.

Please contact us with your receipt or order confirmation at hand. Price CHF 9.95 per Parcel. Finished parcel cannot be more than 35kg in weight and 4m circumference (2xheight + 2xwidth + longest side).

Regardless of your issue, you can always visit your local IKEA store and we will find a solution for you. If your item is damaged, bring your damaged item and proof of purchase. If you are missing an item, bring your order confirmation.
