On this page you find all the Terms and Conditions related to the IKEA FAMILY loyalty program.
The IKEA FAMILY program, the use of the IKEA FAMILY card, any visits and any benefits under the program are all subject to the following terms and conditions:

The IKEA FAMILY members’ benefits:

1.Special offers on periodically selected IKEA products
2.Special offers on selected IKEA food products and meals
3.Range of IKEA FAMILY products at special prices
4.Special offers on selected IKEA services
5.60 days return period (all other Return policy & terms still applies)
6.News & promotions updates via email & SMS
7.Benefit only applies to IKEA FAMILY members
8.To enjoy IKEA FAMILY Range/Benefit prices, members must present their IKEA FAMILY Card upon reaching the cashier and card must swiped at time of purchase of product.
9.Each member must present the IKEA FAMILY Card to redeem a free coffee/tea at the IKEA restaurant, only during week days and not valid during weekends.
10.Each member must present the IKEA FAMILY Card to enjoy the discounted IKEA FAMILY meal at the IKEA restaurant.


1.Filling the electronic signup application form and/or use of the IKEA FAMILY card (or any temporary card that is issued at any time) constitute your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2.In order to register to be an IKEA FAMILY member, you must be a resident in UAE and be at least 18 years old, on the date of registration.
3.Each person may only register and obtain 1 IKEA FAMILY Card at registration. This card is personal and non-transferable and can only be used by the rightful member.
4.Your IKEA FAMILY card is completely FREE.
5.The IKEA FAMILY card issued by and remains the property of IKEA.
6.The IKEA FAMILY card can only be used at stores and other promotional third party partners who may from time to time be part of the program. These third party offerings will be subject to the terms and conditions of the third party involved.
7.The IKEA FAMILY program is only for personal and consumer use.
8.If you have lost your FAMILY card, please approach Customer Relations in the IKEA store for assistance (Nominal fees may apply)
9.IKEA reserves the right to: (a) terminate the program or (b) amend the conditions of operation of the IKEA FAMILY program (giving 60 days notice).
10.If at any time you wish to cancel your membership, please write to: IKEA UAE, PO BOX 50618, Marketing Department, DUBAI Festival City, DUBAI, UAE.

Extended 60 day Returns Policy

1.If you are an IKEA FAMILY member and you swipe your IKEA FAMILY card when you purchase your products, our standard 30 day returns policy is extended to 60 day from date of purchase.
2.IKEA FAMILY card must be presented together with proof of purchase when returning any item.
3.If you’ve changed your mind and are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unopened items with the receipt within 60 days for an exchange or refund. Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment (e.g. credit card purchases will be credited to the original credit card account).
4.Please note that we do not accept returns on used bedding (i.e. all bed linens, duvets, pillows and pillow tops), any mattress or stuffed/upholstered products without a law label, cut fabrics, made-to measure items, (i.e. custom countertops), any product that has been modified/altered/washed, AS-IS products and IKEA gift cards. At any time, IKEA reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange.

IKEA FAMILY - Data Protection and Usage

1.Please be assured that IKEA will safeguard any information you provide.
2.If you provide any personal information to us, you give us permission to contact and send you messages via post, SMS or email for marketing purposes (e.g.: To communicate offers and information about products and services that may be of personal interest to you). You can decide to opt-out of these types of marketing messages at any time.
3.Some of your contact information may be shared with third-party companies that provide marketing research/assistance.
4.Your contact information may be shared with companies within Al Futtaim group.
5.We may also use and share information relating to groups of customers without identifying individuals to learn more about customer behavior and find ways of enhancing our services to you.
