How do I know if I have a FAKTUM kitchen or a METOD kitchen?
If you’re not sure what type of IKEA kitchen you have you can tell by looking at the holes inside a cabinet: FAKTUM cabinets have a single row of holes along the edge and METOD cabinets have a double row. See the images on the right hand side.

Need a part for your existing FAKTUM kitchen?
Although FAKTUM has now been discontinued we are offering a 2-year dedicated Aftersales service. This means that if you currently have a FAKTUM kitchen, you can still order some parts from our Aftersales product list until June 2017. Availability is limited and pricing is on application. Contact IKEA with the article number of any FAKTUM product you'd like to order.

How do I make a FAKTUM guarantee claim?
All FAKTUM kitchens are sold with a guarantee. If you’d like to make a guarantee claim please have your receipt ready when you contact IKEA. If you know the article number of the product you want to make a claim on this will help us make the process even smoother. You can find FAKTUM article numbers either on your receipt or in the product lists below.
