How to get it
This box with castors and a birch-patterned front transforms SMÅSTAD bench into a spacious piece of storage furniture with room for everything from toys to sports equipment.

Choose doors, drawers and boxes to protect your things and make the storage more decorative.
To save on our natural resources and make use of as much of the tree as possible, we’ve used sawmill leftovers and scrap wood in the particle boards for SMÅSTAD.

What is fibreboard?
Fibreboard is a stable and durable material made of leftover wood from the wood industry. A durable outer layer of paint or laminate is added to the board. The difference between various types of fibreboards, such as HDF and MDF, is mainly the thickness, yet also how impact-resistant they are. This determines if we will use them for bed frames, sofa frames, kitchen fronts, wardrobe doors, or something completely different.
