Semla, a Swedish sweet that calls for spring

Swedish sweets Semla, which calls for spring, is making its appearance this year as well. Semla is a sweet made by kneading cardamom with a generous amount of almond paste and cream. From ancient times, it is a traditional taste that everyone in Sweden eats during the winter months.
