This ceiling track with 3 spots is almost invisible on a white ceiling and gives light where you like since each spot can be directed individually. Goes just as well in a hallway as over a kitchen island.

It is easy to attach the lamp directly to the ceiling thanks to the click-on system.
IKEA of Sweden
Light bulb sold separately. IKEA recommends LED bulb GU10.
Use an opal light bulb if you have an ordinary lamp shade or lamp and want an even, diffused distribution of light.
