For the last 35 years, IKEA has been sourcing from India and building strong relationships with the local community to deliver world-class products across the globe. Ever since we set our retail and e-commerce footprints in the Indian market, we’ve been doing our bit to increase the number of ‘Made in India’ products we sell. Today, more than 20% of the products you see in IKEA stores and on the website, are made in India.

IKEA also works with social entrepreneurs, engaging close to 1200 local women artisans who are making beautiful collections for all our stores. In India we co-create unique products, using traditional handicraft methods and materials.
