Serve with butter and optional toppings.Makes 1 loaf of bread.Preheat the oven to 200 C° (175 C° for a forced air oven).Add 425 ml of water (approx. 45 C°) to the bag and close properly. Keep the bag upright and knead the contents into a smooth dough.Grease a bread mould with vegetable oil.Put the dough in the bread mould, shake the mould to smoothen out the dough and leave it to rise under a baking cloth (approx. 45 minutes).Bake in the lower part of the oven for approx. 60 minutes.Once the dough is prepared, use it immediately.
