Do your stores offer home delivery or van hire?

Since most IKEA furniture is flat-packed, you can take your goods home today in your car and enjoy them right away. If you'd prefer, IKEA can arrange home delivery at a reasonable rate. Visit the home delivery desk in the Customer Service area after checkouts. We also offer a van hire service through Enterprise.

How do I check stock availability?

Every effort is made to maintain the availability of items shown in the IKEA catalogue, but due to popularity and supply issues, some products may not always be available. You can check stock availability on the product information pages by selecting your local store. If a product is low in stock or out of stock, you will have the option to leave a mobile number or email address and we will notify you when more stock arrives.

Can I return items?

If you're not totally satisfied you can return products within 365 days. We will give you a full refund by the same method as your original payment for products that are returned with proof of purchase in new and unused condition and, if possible, the packaging. You can return any product, even if you assembled it, as long as it's in re-saleable condition. Unless faulty, we may refuse the return or offer an exchange or gift card only if the returns criteria are not fully met. 

If you purchased online you may take your items back to any IKEA store in Ireland or the UK, including our Order and Collection points. Alternatively you may arrange collection of your online purchase by contacting usSee our Returns Policy for more information.

Do you provide extra or replacement fittings?

As long as the fittings have a 6 digit code in the assembly instructions, we can arrange for these to be posted directly to you free of charge. Order fittings and spare parts. If you no longer have the assembly instructions, copies can be found on the product page, see here for information on how to find them. For older products please contact us and we will do our best to locate them for you.

How do I make changes to my IKEA FAMILY card details, or cancel my account?

You can update any of your details such as name, address, contact details, marketing preferences and home interests online via your IKEA FAMILY account. To cancel, simply log in and choose the option to cancel at the bottom of the IKEA FAMILY account page.
