
Jon Abrahamsson Ring
CEO of Inter IKEA Group
Jon Abrahamsson Ring started his IKEA career in IKEA Örebro in 1998. During his time at IKEA Jon has held various assignments, among others in the IKEA Canada and IKEA China retail organisations. He was also assistant to IKEA founder Ingvar Kamprad for four years.
In 2008 Jon left the IKEA business to become CEO of fashion brand Filippa K and later CEO of gardening brand Plantagen.
Before Jon was appointed CEO of Inter IKEA Group on 1 September 2020, he was managing director of the global IKEA franchisor Inter IKEA Systems, which he joined in 2017.
Jon is Swedish. He is married and has two children. He earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration at Umeå University.

Martin van Dam
CFO of Inter IKEA Group
Martin van Dam started his finance career in 1989 at Ernst & Young (today EY) in the Assurance practise, while completing his audit & accounting studies.
After 21 years in international audit and advisory assignments, of which 2 years in Melbourne, Australia, he started his IKEA journey in the field of Risk Management & Compliance and later led various Finance & Controlling functions. In November 2015, Martin joined Inter IKEA Systems BV as CFO to prepare for a new structure to combine the franchisor responsibilities with the newly acquired range & supply and industry businesses.
He now holds the CFO role for Inter IKEA Group and leads the finance, risk, legal and compliance activities of the Group.
Martin is Dutch. He is married and has a son and a daughter in their teens. Martin has an education in Finance combined with a Dutch CPA title.

Fredrika Inger
IKEA Global Range Manager
Fredrika Inger started at IKEA about 20 years ago after receiving her Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering at the Chalmers University of Technology. Over the years, Fredrika has had the opportunity to work in almost all parts of the IKEA value chain – close to customers as Market manager and close to IKEA suppliers. In her most recent roles as Global Business Area Manager and Range & Product Development Manager, Fredrika has led business areas and set strategic directions in product, range and business development.
As Global Range Manager, Fredrika is proud to be leading IKEA of Sweden – the product development centre at the heart of IKEA in Älmhult, Sweden and the business areas connecting the IKEA value chain, bringing the IKEA vision to the many people through the IKEA product range. The IKEA vision of creating a better everyday life is one of Fredrika’s strong driving forces and motivation. Her true passion lies in exploring real life at home, curiosity about the many people, developing better products and optimising value chains – together with passionate and purpose-driven people across IKEA.

Susanne Waidzunas
Global Supply Manager, Inter IKEA Group
Susanne Waidzunas is a leader with a big passion for combining business and people development. Her energy and inspiration come from the IKEA vision – to create a better everyday life for the many people. She thrives when she can make a difference for both people, society, and our planet.
Susanne is the Inter IKEA Group Global Supply Manager, being responsible for purchasing, transport, wholesale, IKEA´s in-house manufacturing, and related support functions across the IKEA value chain.
Susanne has more than 20 years of experience working in IKEA and has held various leadership positions across the IKEA Supply Chain. Most recently she comes from the position of being globally responsible for Supply Chain Operations, meaning the development of IKEA´s transport and logistic services capacities and its operations, as well as the responsibility for managing the physical flow of the IKEA products from the suppliers to the stores.
Originally from Gothenburg, Sweden, Susanne has a Master of Science Degree in International Business from the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg.
Susanne’s expertise areas are Supply Chain Development, Supply Chain Operations, Purchasing Development, and Leadership.

Pär Stenmark
Chief Sustainability Officer, Inter IKEA Group
Pär Stenmark is the Chief Sustainability Officer at Inter IKEA Group - covering the IKEA product and food range, supply, production and franchising. In his role, he leads the global IKEA sustainability strategy, which includes transforming IKEA into a circular business, becoming climate positive, creating a fair and equal society and enabling healthy and sustainable living.
Before joining IKEA, Pär worked for the Swedish Forestry Association, responsible for developing the world´s first national FSC-standard (Forest Stewardship Council) for responsible forestry certification.
He joined IKEA in 2000 as Forestry Co-ordinator for IKEA Group, co-responsible for developing and implementing the IKEA Code of Conduct related to social and environmental requirements on wood used in IKEA products.
He has held several leading positions and roles in different areas of the IKEA business, including Public Affairs Manager, where he was responsible for leading the Public Affairs agenda for Core Business Range and Core Business Supply with special focus on products, materials, product information and product innovation.

Andreas Rangel Ahrens
Head of Climate, Inter IKEA Group
Andreas Rangel Ahrens, MSc in Engineering, leads the global climate agenda for Inter IKEA Group (the IKEA franchisor) and the full IKEA value-chain – from raw material extraction to product end-of-life. He is the main spokesperson for climate – internally and externally – for the total climate agenda at IKEA.
Responsibility includes defining and advising on strategic commitment and goals, keeping the overall climate footprint together, strategic content development and together with respective parts of the business developing the organisational capabilities to reach set strategic climate commitments and targets. The overall IKEA ambition is to become climate positive by having a positive societal impact to limit global warming to 1.5°C and its consequences by reaching net-zero, contributing with additional reductions in society without using carbon offsets and improving climate resilience and adaptation.
Andreas is currently the co-chair of the Alliance for Clean Air and part of the advisory committee for the coming GHG Protocol guidance on land use, carbon removals and bioenergy. Together with Climate & Clean Air Coalition and Stockholm Environment Institute, he served as the IKEA lead on the development of the first business reporting guidance for disclosing air pollution across an entire value chain.
Andreas has previously worked extensively with sustainability integration into both product development and supply chain management, with a special focus on climate and circular economy.

Ulf Johansson
Raw Material Manager, Inter IKEA
Ulf heads up the Raw Material Team at Inter IKEA, which leads the business priorities for responsible and strategic material sourcing used in IKEA products. The team ensures development towards compliance, traceability and due diligence processes.
He has had long experience working in the forestry sector before joining IKEA. Ulf was previously the global Wood Supply and Forestry Manager and led IKEA operations in Asia and Europe prior to that.
Speaks on: Responsible raw material sourcing, deforestation risk raw materials, land use and land use change, climate mitigation and removing and storing carbon, and initatives to support biodiversity and people who depend on the forest.

Elisabeth Munck af Rosenschöld
Global Sustainability Manager, Supply Chain Operations, Inter IKEA Group
Elisabeth Munck af Rosenschöld is the Global Sustainability Manager, Supply Chain Operations, and a passionate change agent to make sustainability a true enabler for a successful business. Since 2016 she has led the sustainability agenda in Supply Chain Operations with a strong focus on reaching ambitious global transportation and logistics climate targets.
Elisabeth has a broad background in sustainability and extensive business sector background and is highly experienced in leading cross-cultural teams from years of working in international environments. She has also worked as a sustainability management consultant at leading international management, financial audit, and technical consultancy firms.
She holds a Master of Law from Lund University and an MSc in Environmental Management and Policy from the International Institute of Industrial Environmental Economics, Lund University.

Johan Ejdemo
Global Design Manager
IKEA Global Design Manager Johan Ejdemo has over 30 years of experience in design and product development, starting his career as a cabinet maker in 1989 and an independent designer in 1997.
Since joining IKEA in 1999, Johan Ejdemo has had a series of creative roles across IKEA and taken part in several notable projects, from product and range development to creating collections, driving innovation projects and developing platforms to focus on the most important aspects of life at home. From January 2022, Johan Ejdemo has stepped into the new role as Global Design Manager to co-lead the Design team alongside Eva Lilja Löwenhielm.
As Global Design Manager at IKEA of Sweden he strives to drive movements by design, reinforce IKEA uniqueness and design identity, and strengthen circular design thinking to support the overall ambition of IKEA to become a circular business by 2030.
