Good value and stylishAnonymous reviewerNeeded a chrome piece to break up the wood in my bedroom. I love this lamp, it's clean, modern and sylish whilst also remaining relatively low in price compared to similar products on the market. That being said, joints are quite stiff, particularly the ball joint at the bottom. 4
Beautiful but bottom arm at base does not move as designed.Anonymous reviewerWe have now had 2 of these after finding the first one faulty. Having looked in store at the item, we liked that there is a roller ball at the base that allows for greater movement & positioning. In both the items we have this part is rock solid contrary to the display item and the instructions and diagrams in the leaflet which shows it vertical on page 7 & movable on page 13. In fact it is jammed in position as on page 14, leaning backwards. A real shame, it's lovely and works well but will not throw light where we need it to. Very frustrating. Customer service very helpful, (after 25 mins wait), offered a third item but we declined requesting refund which we await. Clearly a manufacturing issue, it's fine if you are happy with only the top part moving. We would warn that if you try to force it by gripping the arm near the top for leverage it feels as though it will bend or break. We didn't chance it!2

"My idea with MODERMOLN was to create a desk lamp with a distinct design expression. Something that makes your workspace, and you, exude professionalism. I was primarily inspired by modern mobile sculptures – the sense of ease of movement, precision and balance. Simple, overlapping geometric shapes combined with the drop-shaped lamp head and the elegant cable routing recreate the same sense of balance and direction while enhancing the precision of the light."
