This was ideal, we are totally IKEA influenced so bought a small plastic plant to go on it and with our own glasses and teapot looks great and very pleased with it.5

Great item but instructions are lackingAnonymous reviewerSo, let me put this in context - most everything in my house is IKEA, instructions are not typically something I struggle with - the outer 4 corner pieces are unique, or at least 2 of them are - nowhere in the instructions is this mentioned.
The pins on the ‘S’ sections were misaligned, so I with some strength I got these to line up, only to find the outer 2 vertical boxes (x and z axis, if you will), won’t work. This is owing to both being slotted in one corner, with the upper shelf pin holes existing polarised, but I’ve got 2 of the same outer frames. These should be handed, so perseverance alone hasn’t worked and this will now be returned for (hopefully) a better replacement. Disappointed, quality isn’t on the up at the moment for Ikea, used to be better.2

Had to hold it on the wall then screw it in rather than slide the screw into the gap, I don't know what the type of mounting you call it, kinda like a key shape.
Either way, it came together really well, it's an affordable price and it looks amazing! Really simple to put together, though I can imagine it might be difficult for some, but for a shelf like this, it is simple to install and I really like it!4
