The wire rack is perfect too as I like to cook without having to worry about joints of meat or vegetables sticking to the oven dish which saves time when it comes to washing up later. I think I’ll make another purchase of the smaller version also as it’s so versatile to use in the kitchen.

I came across the Koncis on a recent visit, it’s the perfect size (especially for a turkey) and with the added grill rack works perfectly for roasting large meats.

Solid cookware Anonymous reviewerI bought this roasting tin as I am concerned about the coatings on non stick pans so bought a stainless steel one to see how it performed. I have used it several times and have not had any issues with roast potatoes sticking. Also washes very well in the dishwasher.

Absolute winner.Anonymous reviewerLove these, I have many and different sizes. Easy to clean as you can use a really good scourer without risking taking off the surface. You can line with foil or parchment paper to help cleaning too. They look classic and quite funky brought to the table to serve from. Love that the handles fold down flat...and a great depth. Brilliant value. Love them!
