Difficult to assemble Anonymous reviewerIt was tricky to assemble. The back is like heavy cardboard bent in 2, which has to be open and slid into each side which we found impossible. We managed in the end but it was a real struggle. Once built it is leaning to the left. Sadly. The legs can be twisted to adjust it but I may do it at a later stage. Otherwise provides plenty of storage but I wish I had chosen something else.3
Great!Anonymous reviewerBrilliant shelving unit - put it together by myself within an hour or so. Yes, the backboard is flimsy, but wasn't in any danger of breaking. Plus it actually has a better design than a lot of other Ikea units - it slides into place rather than being pinned with nails. Much better for reusability. It was the hardest part of the build, but if you have enough space and more than one person, it would be a breeze. As for the unit itself, when unsupported, it does rock a little from side to side. But, it includes wall mounting hardware, and advises you to use it. Much more secure once it's on the wall. But even if you're renting and can't drill holes, the sideways rocking isn't too bad, and it's not in any danger of tipping over.5
Don’t waste your money!!Anonymous reviewerI have just spent two hours trying to put this together: the backing won’t go on, it’s flimsy and wobbly and not static at all. It’s dangerous and at the moment is being held up by two chairs. Sadly, we won’t be able to het a refund as we have had it for a year in storage! Do not buy this. 1
