Quick meal idea: garlic shrimp salad

06 September 2016

Heat, chop, dress and go! This quick and tasty dish makes a great lunch or light dinner option. When we visited Anikó, she whipped it up in 10 minutes, using the fresh salad ingredients she had to hand and frozen prawns from IKEA, quickly heated up.

‘I love shrimp, whereas they’re not my husband’s favourite. So when I’m home alone I like to make this as a quick and tasty treat for one’
